Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies this website uses, what each one does, and how to change your choices at any time.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and let us understand which pages and campaigns are working. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels; where this policy says "cookies" it means all of them.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations we may only set non-essential cookies with your consent. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, because the site cannot function without them.

2. Categories we use

We group cookies into four categories. Only the first is set automatically.

Strictly necessary

Always on

Security, load balancing, form submission and remembering your cookie choice. Without these the site will not work properly.

Analytics

Consent required

Aggregated measurement of how many people visit, which pages they read and where they arrived from, so we can improve the site.

Advertising and conversion tracking

Consent required

Measuring which paid campaigns generate enquiries, and building audiences so our advertising reaches relevant businesses. These are set by third-party ad platforms. When you accept, the details you enter on our enquiry form are also sent to Meta from our server as a hashed Lead event, so the same enquiry is measured once whether or not your browser blocks the pixel.

Functional

Consent required

Optional conveniences such as remembering answers you have already given in our contact form, or an embedded map or video player.

3. The cookies on this site

Strictly necessaryWhat it doesExpires
clickerr_consent (local storage)Remembers whether you accepted or declined advertising cookies, so we do not ask again on every page.Until cleared
clickerr_lead_modal_closed (session storage)Stops the enquiry form reopening in the same visit.Session
Calendly (embedded booking)When you open the booking calendar, Calendly's own cookies run inside its frame so the calendar works. They are governed by Calendly's privacy policy.Set by Calendly
None at presentOur host (Netlify) sets no cookies on this site. The only thing the site stores is a short-lived session flag so the exit message is shown once per visit; it is not a cookie and is deleted when you close the tab.Session

_fbpMeta Pixel — measures conversions from Facebook and Instagram campaigns.3 months
Meta pixel (_fbp)Set by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) so we can measure which of our ads lead to enquiries. Only set after you press Accept on the cookie banner. Shared with fairsolar.co.uk, which uses the same pixel.3 months

Third-party cookies are governed by the provider's own privacy notice. Links to those notices are available on request.

4. Changing your choices

You can change or withdraw consent at any time — reopen the banner with cookie settings, or clear cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not remove cookies already set, so clear them in your browser as well if you want them gone.

In your browser

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its privacy settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of this site working.

Questions

Email info@clickerr.co.uk. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to this policy

We update this policy whenever the cookies we use change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and we keep the cookie table under review as campaigns and tooling change.
