1. Who we are

Clickerr ("we", "us") is a UK lead generation company. We generate enquiries from people interested in home improvement and related services, qualify those enquiries by telephone, and supply them to client businesses as leads, live call transfers or booked appointments.

2. The data we collect

We collect different data depending on how you interact with us.

If you submit an enquiry as a business

Your name, company name, email address, telephone number, and the answers you give in our contact form — sector, product interest, coverage area, weekly appointment capacity and any notes you add.

If you are a consumer who enquired through one of our campaigns

Your name, contact details, postcode and address, the product or service you enquired about, property and project details relevant to that enquiry, the consent record and timestamp for your enquiry, the campaign and channel it came from, and call recordings and notes from our qualification call.

Automatically, when you browse this site

IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed and time on site, and cookie identifiers. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we do not seek data from anyone under 18.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Recording calls for quality, training and dispute resolutionLegitimate interests, with notice given on the call

Meeting legal, accounting and regulatory obligationsLegal obligation

4. Who we share it with

Where you enquired through one of our campaigns, we share your enquiry with the client business best matched to it, so they can contact you about the service you asked about. That business becomes a data controller for the data it receives and its own privacy policy will apply to what it does next.

We also use service providers who process data on our behalf under written contract: our customer relationship management (CRM) system, our telephony and call-recording provider, our email provider (Google Workspace), our website host and form handler (Netlify), our lead tracker (Google Sheets and Apps Script), our booking tool (Calendly), Meta for a hashed conversion event only where you have accepted advertising cookies, and our professional advisers. If we add website analytics or advertising tools, they are listed in our Cookie Policy. We do not sell personal data to data brokers.

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, with a transfer risk assessment on file.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and consent records are kept for as long as we need them to evidence the basis on which an enquiry was generated, and then in line with our retention schedule, which is available on request. Call recordings are kept for the period set out in that schedule and then deleted. Client contract and billing records are kept for six years after the end of the relationship, to meet accounting and limitation requirements. Marketing suppression records are kept indefinitely, because deleting them would mean we could no longer honour your opt-out.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to be informed, and to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — that will not affect processing already carried out.

Making a request

Email info@clickerr.co.uk. We respond within one month, and will tell you if we need longer because the request is complex.

Complaints

Please raise it with us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

7. Marketing and calls

Consumer enquiries are contacted on the basis of the consent given at the point of enquiry, and we screen against the Telephone Preference Service where required. Every call we make identifies Clickerr and gives a way to opt out.

You can opt out of our marketing at any time by replying to any message, telling us on a call, or emailing info@clickerr.co.uk. Once you are on our suppression list we will not contact you again.

8. Security and changes

We keep appropriate technical and organisational measures in place, including access controls, encryption in transit, and staff training, and we have a procedure for handling personal data breaches.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be brought to your attention where we are able to contact you.
