Pay per show:
you only pay if they show up.
We book surveys for solar and heat pump installers. A show is an attended survey with a homeowner who matched your brief, was spoken to by our UK team and confirmed the time. If they don't show, you don't pay. Skip to the real call ↓
What lands on your invoice — and what doesn't
We replace it with another qualified appointment, not a credit note. You don’t pay twice.
We rebook or replace it with another qualified prospect.
You meet a qualified prospect who was expecting the appointment. You pay for it.
You only pay for real, attended conversations with qualified prospects. Off-brief bookings are rejected under the policy we document before launch. Cancellation and reschedule windows are agreed campaign by campaign and written down.
Who's on the other side of the appointment — and who isn't
These aren't cold leads. You meet an owner-occupier inside your patch — see solar survey appointments and heat pump survey appointments. Tenants, out-of-area postcodes, off-brief properties and anyone who won't have the budget conversation are rejected and replaced. Everyone booked has four things in common:
£4,500 clinics · £9,000 installers
From ad click to your diary: the five steps
Five steps, all run in-house. That's the whole appointment setting process.
We run the ads
Paid social, search, video and native, all run in-house and built around real buying questions — attracting homeowners and patients who are actively pricing the work, not browsing. Every appointment we book comes from demand we generated ourselves.

They qualify themselves
Interested people answer a short set of questions. Only enquiries that match your brief — area, project or treatment, budget awareness — go any further. This is where your brief bites: the questions, thresholds and exclusions are yours, agreed before launch. See an example brief on any sector page.
We show them a video
Before anyone calls, every qualified enquiry watches a short educational video: what the survey or consultation involves, what it costs and what happens next. The homeowner or patient already knows what the visit is for and roughly what the work costs. Nobody turns up expecting a free system or a walk-in treatment, and our call team isn't explaining the basics from a standing start. The conversation starts informed, not cold — and so does the appointment.
Our team calls them
A UK call team speaks to every enquiry, answers their questions, checks your criteria, introduces your company by name and positions you as the expert. Then a date and time is agreed — one the prospect picks themselves. Clinic calls follow the same shape, with treatment, budget and distance in place of ownership and postcode.
They show up
The prospect already knows who you are and why you’re coming. You just have the conversation — and you only pay for appointments like this. Every guaranteed appointment is sat — or replaced free.
We guarantee the appointment, not the sale. How a survey or consultation closes depends on your team, which is why volume is sized to what your closers or coordinators can actually service. If a guaranteed appointment doesn't sit, it is replaced free rather than invoiced. The appointment definition, confirmation process, no-show treatment and reporting rules are agreed and documented before launch.

Pay per show FAQs
What is a pay per show appointment?
An attended survey or consultation with someone who matched your brief, spoke to our UK team and confirmed the time. It is priced from £150 per attended appointment; price depends on your sector, postcode spread and how tight the brief is. If the person doesn't show, the appointment is replaced free rather than invoiced.
Pay per lead vs pay per appointment vs pay per show — what's the difference?
A lead is contact details only: nobody has spoken to the person, and the details are often sold on. A booked appointment is a time in the diary, paid for whether or not anyone turns up. A pay per show appointment is paid for only when it sits, and replaced with another qualified appointment when it doesn't. A lead looks cheap on the invoice; it costs more everywhere else.
What is a qualified appointment?
Not a lead. Before anything is booked, our call team runs six checks against your brief: identity and contact, service area or location, project or treatment fit, decision-maker or budget awareness, intent, and handover. Consent is captured at the point of enquiry. The pass criteria are agreed with you before launch, and anything that doesn't meet them is rejected and replaced.
What exactly do you guarantee — and what don't you?
Guaranteed appointments rest on four parts, written down before launch. The trigger: a guaranteed appointment that doesn't sit. The window: every booking carries a status — attended, cancelled, rescheduled, unqualified or disputed — and an agreed evidence window for raising one. The remedy: replaced free with another qualified appointment, not a credit note. Who decides: definitions and reporting rules agreed with you in writing. We guarantee the appointment, not the sale.
Are appointments exclusive?
The demand is generated in-house — no bought data, no shared forms — so every enquiry starts with us. Distribution and exclusivity are agreed in your campaign terms, which are built around a defined buyer, geography and qualification brief rather than an open marketplace.
Can you book into our diary or CRM, and can we choose the qualification questions?
Yes to both. The handover is designed around your available diary slots and existing workflow, and we confirm the practical integration during setup before appointments go live. On the questions, we'll advise on a workable call flow, but the pass criteria must reflect what your team can genuinely service and close.
Which sectors do you cover?
Four. For UK installers, solar survey appointments and heat pump survey appointments, anywhere an in-home, video or technical survey is the next real step. For clinics, dental patient consultations and aesthetic clinic consultations. We also assess other survey- or consultation-led sectors where the qualification and contact rules are appropriate.
How quickly can appointments start, and is there a contract?
Timing depends on sector, geography, diary capacity, creative approvals and the qualification brief; we set a launch plan once we've checked the campaign can be delivered without sacrificing quality. There is no retainer pitch and no obligation — if pay per show isn't a fit for your diary, we'll say so.
