Aesthetic consultations, confirmed and paid for only when the client sits.
A DM costs nothing. A free consultation that no-shows costs your practitioner an hour. We book pay per show aesthetic consultations for UK clinics. Treatment area confirmed, budget range raised, distance checked, and a slot the client chose after a short video on what the consultation involves. From £150 per attended consultation; no-shows replaced free. Creative is built around consultations, not products.
Package value against consultation spend
The consultation is where a course of treatment starts — so it has to sit.
You are invoiced only when a client sits with your practitioner because the only thing invoiced is a client sitting with your practitioner who already knows what they came for.
The average treatment value per closed consultation is £4,500. With every guaranteed consultation sat — or replaced free, one package covers months of consultation spend.
Three reasons aesthetic consultations no-show — and what we do about each
Most aesthetic clinic lead generation in the UK ends in a DM, and a free consultation booked from a DM is the easiest appointment there is to skip. Every step here exists to make skipping unlikely — and, when it happens anyway, free for you.
Consultation-led targeting, not price-led scrolling
Most aesthetic clinic leads arrive as DMs, portal forms and shared enquiries. The same person messages several clinics, asks "how much for…" and goes quiet — price-shoppers with no treatment intent, and an evening of replies for whoever is holding the clinic phone.
Our demand is our own: paid social and search written around the questions clients really ask, such as "what does skin resurfacing actually cost?" The creative is built around the consultation for skin, injectables, laser and body, never around a product. The enquiry is exclusive to your campaign and matched to the treatment list in your brief, and creative approvals are part of the launch plan.
The qualification call, and a video before it
DMs don't pick up the phone. Whatever does connect has never been asked which treatment, which area, what budget — or whether they can actually get to your clinic. Unchecked names still land in the diary, and the practitioner finds out in the room.
A UK call team speaks to every client before anything is booked: treatment interest confirmed against your list, budget range raised, travelling distance checked, and a consultation time the client chose themselves. Before that call they have watched a short video on what the consultation involves, what it costs and what happens next. Nobody is talked into a slot.
Confirmed, reminded, replaced free
An unconfirmed booking is a no-show waiting to happen. The practitioner's slot sits empty, the treatment room is prepped for nobody, and the argument about who counts as attended starts when the invoice arrives.
We confirm, we remind, we rebook the reschedules — and the booking arrives in your clinic diary or CRM with the call notes attached. Anything outside the agreed criteria gets rejected and replaced under the rejection policy documented before launch.
Built for clinics whose practitioners convert in the room.
If your practitioner can turn a consultation into a course of treatment, we'll keep the diary full of clients who actually turn up — no aesthetic clinic marketing retainer, just attended consultations. Run a dental list too? Dental patient consultations are a separate brief.
Calculate your aesthetic consultation return
Aesthetic treatment is often a course, so use the package value rather than a single-visit price. Adjust the sliders and the projection updates.
From £150 per attended consultation — and what “attended” means
Attended means the client sat with your practitioner, for a treatment on your list, at a time they chose — that is all we invoice. A client who doesn't arrive is replaced free with another qualified consultation, never a credit note; cancellations are rebooked or replaced; anything off-brief is rejected under the policy written before launch. Price depends on your treatment list, catchment and practitioner capacity.
Get an aesthetic quote →What we check before an aesthetic consultation is booked
A skin clinic and a cosmetic surgery clinic need different answers from the same call. You set the treatment list, budget threshold, catchment and consultation type up front — every client is checked against them on the phone before your practitioner's time is booked.
Booked aesthetic consultation vs DM enquiry
The DM is free. The empty slot isn't.
From consultation enquiry to a confirmed slot
Rules and creative approvals first, then one flow sized to your practitioners' diary.
Define the consultation
We agree catchment, treatment areas, budget threshold, consultation type, whether you charge a consultation fee, practitioner capacity and what your front desk needs to know before the client arrives.
Generate consultation-led demand
Our paid social, PPC, landing-page and creative teams generate enquiries built around the consultation rather than a product, under the campaign model agreed with you — creative approvals are part of the launch plan.
Video first, then the treatment and budget call
The client has already watched a short video on what the consultation involves. Our team then confirms the treatment area, budget range and travelling distance, and agrees a time the client picks.
Book into your clinic diary
The booking and its call notes enter your clinic diary or CRM, so your practitioner sees the treatment interest and the budget conversation before the client walks in.
Let's plan your practitioners' diary.
A quick call covers catchment, treatments, evening slots and how many consultations a week your practitioners can see — then we tell you straight whether the model fits.
Talk to a consultation specialistIllustrative clinic diary. Weekly capacity, consultation types and slot windows are agreed during setup.
Attended, cancelled, replaced — agreed before launch
Documented before launch.
What happens with cancelled and no-show consultations?
Free consultations are the easiest appointments to skip. So before launch we document what Attended, Cancelled, Rescheduled, Unqualified and Disputed mean for a skin, injectables or laser consultation, with the evidence and time window for raising one. A no-show is replaced with another qualified client, not credited. If you charge a consultation fee or take a deposit, tell us in the brief — the definitions are written for your campaign.
How are client data, calling and ad creative handled?
The workflow is agreed for the campaign and written down. Each enquiry carries its consent record and timestamp, we do not seek data from anyone under 18, and once a consultation is booked your clinic becomes the data controller for that client’s details. Creative is built around consultations, not products; UK direct-marketing rules are documented per campaign rather than reduced to a badge.
What if the client attends but the treatment doesn’t fit?
Attended means a consultation for a treatment on your list with a client who matched the brief. Unqualified and Disputed are documented outcomes with an evidence window agreed before launch — anything that misses the brief is rejected and replaced, so a client outside your treatment list never becomes a line on the invoice.
Aesthetic consultation FAQs
How much does a booked aesthetic consultation cost?
From £150 per attended consultation. The exact figure depends on the treatments on your list, your catchment and how many consultations a week your practitioners can see, and it is agreed before launch. That is the pay per show model in one line: you pay per client who sits, not per enquiry, and nothing is invoiced for a no-show — it is replaced with another qualified consultation.
What is a qualified aesthetic consultation?
One our UK team has actually spoken to. The treatment area is confirmed against your list, the budget range is raised, travelling distance is checked, and the client chooses the consultation time themselves. Before the call they watch a short video on what the consultation involves, what it costs and what happens next. The call notes arrive with the booking, so your practitioner knows what the client came for.
Can you advertise Botox for our clinic?
Our creative is built around anti-wrinkle consultations for lines and wrinkles, skin and body treatments rather than named products, and creative approvals are part of every launch plan. Your brief lists the treatment areas you consult on, and the ads and landing pages are written to bring people to a consultation for those areas. The creative and the call script are written down for each campaign before launch.
Do clients know the treatment and price range before they book?
The budget conversation happens on the qualification call, and the short video before it explains what the consultation involves, what it costs and what happens next. Whatever your brief says the client needs to know before attending — a consultation fee, a deposit, how long to allow — is covered on the call, and the call notes come with the booking.
What happens if a consultation no-shows — and what about deposits?
A no-show is replaced with another qualified consultation, not a credit note, so you don’t pay twice; a cancellation is rebooked or replaced. If you charge a consultation fee or take a deposit, say so in the brief. The Attended, Cancelled and Disputed definitions are then documented for your campaign before launch, with the evidence and time window for raising one. We guarantee the consultation, not the treatment.
Can we exclude treatments we don’t offer, and is the enquiry exclusive to our clinic?
Yes on both. We book injectables consultations as well as skin and body treatments, from laser and facials to cosmetic surgery consultations. Your brief lists exactly what you do; anything outside it is rejected and replaced. Demand comes from campaigns we run ourselves, not bought data or shared forms, and each enquiry is exclusive to your campaign. Distribution and exclusivity are agreed in your campaign terms.
How soon can consultations start, and how many a week?
Timing depends on your treatment list, area, practitioner capacity, creative approvals and the qualification brief; we set a launch plan once we have checked the campaign can be delivered without cutting corners. Volume is sized against your practitioners’ diary and scaled on what closes, not what clicks. The contact form asks for weekly volume and coverage, so have a rough figure ready.
Do you also book dental consultations?
Yes, on a separate brief. New patient dental consultations carry their own treatment list, catchment and diary rules, which suits a clinic that offers facial aesthetics alongside dentistry. Tell us about both on the call and we’ll map each brief.
Consultations that turn up — paid for only when they do.
Treatment named, budget raised, slot chosen by the client. If they don’t sit, we replace them free — and creative approvals are part of every launch plan.
